Getaway Description
Sun Outdoors Lancaster County is a Gnome-themed resort that features a six-acre lake, a magnificent entertainment hall with pipe organs, and the Gnome Cafe. The resort has various types of accommodations from tents to small cabins to yurts and RV homes and even a barn.
Spacious RV sites offer full hookups that include 50-amp electric, cable and Wi-Fi access, picnic table, and fire pit for an amazing camping experience.
Rustic campsites have lots of shade from the summer heat with 20- or 30-amp electric, cable, and Wi-Fi, a picnic table, and a fire pit.
Lakeside vacation cabins, villas, and unique houses provide a more comfortable stay. The amenities include comfortable beds, a private bathroom, heating, air conditioning, two TVs, and a kitchenette. There is also a screened-in porch with a picnic table, chairs, fire pit, and charcoal grill.
All of the accommodations are located within a short walk from the lake and forest.
Property amenities include a swimming pool complex with a full-size pool, kiddie pool, and relaxing spa waters, playgrounds for kids, and sports courts. You can go hiking, play mini-golf, listen to live music, go boating and fishing on the small lake.
The Gnome Café serves delicious and inexpensive food for the guests.
