Bear Lodges, nestled in the woods in Wellsboro, PA, offer 3 year-round non-traditional B&Bs:

Bear Mountain Lodge has four beautiful rooms. Guests can relax in their private indoor whirlpool or private outdoor hot tub or have fun with friends in the large common room.
Bear Meadows Lodge also has four spacious rooms with great views. It is located just 2 miles from the center of Wellsboro. It offers private decks, private fireplaces, and meadow views. Some rooms have outdoor hot tubs. One room is actually a suite, and it is perfect for two couples.
131 Main Street is located in the heart of beautiful downtown Wellsboro. It offers two rooms. You can walk to restaurants and shops or relax on the porch.
Other room amenities include a silent AC system, en suite bath, mini-refrigerator stocked with drinks, yogurt, and some snacks, a take-along jute bag, and a brunch basket.

PA Grand Canyon (or Pine Creek Gorge) spreads for over 45 miles with depths of nearly 1500 feet and provides the most spectacular views. It is filled with cliff walls and waterfalls and is a part of the scenic Tioga State Forest.
Pine Creek Rail Trail is the most popular attraction in the area. It is good for all skill levels. It provides fishing, horseback riding, mountain biking, lots of walking, running, cross-country skiing in winter, and much more!
